Truffle Salmon


  1. Coat salmon in Champagne dill mustard as a seasoning binder.

  2. Sprinkle liberally black truffle dust and a little bit of black truffle oil patting and sealing in. the seasoning.

  3. Sprinkle liberally with black gold truffle seasoning.

  4. Repeat steps 2&3 on each side.

  5. Top with fresh Thyme.

  6. Coat salmon in white truffle extra virgin olive oil.

  7. Massage in White truffle butter.

  8. Sprinkle liberally with white truffle dust & parmesan & black garlic white truffle seasoning on both sides patting in the flavor.

  9. Top with grated romano pecorino.

  10. Top with fresh Thyme.

Color of pale straw with green hues. Pungent aromas of sweet grass, blackcurrants and gooseberries backed up by a fresh zesty lime character. Palate is light-bodied with an appetizing mineral undertone that builds to a long finish with flavors of ripe greens, gooseberry and currants.

Enjoy with seafood, chicken served over grilled vegetables/salad or simply on its own.
