This red wine blend made from Syrah and Carignan displays notes of fruit, cherry and raspberry, with a scent of garrigue. A creamy mouthfeel with silky tannins and notes of black fruits and spices, ending with a tangy finish and a good length. Domaine Gayda produces beautiful, organic, and vegan-friendly wines throughout the Languedoc-Roussillon region in Southern France.
Pairs deliciously with barbecue (especially ribs), braised beef, hard cheeses (ie; gouda), grilled meats, seared tuna, and black olives.
